Raison d’être du poste :   Le/la titulaire du poste est responsable de la traduction de l’anglais au français de divers documents spécialisés dans le domaine juridique, financier et administratif.
Supérieur immédiat : Ce poste relève du Gestionnaire, Services linguistiques
Qualifications :
·         Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais;

·         Autonomie et bonne gestion des priorités;

·         Sens de l’organisation développé;

·         Esprit d’équipe;

·         Souci du détail et belle curiosité intellectuelle;
Formation et expérience exigées :
·         Diplôme universitaire en traduction;

·         Baccalauréat en droit (un atout).

·         5 à 7 ans d’expérience pertinente à titre de traducteur(trice);

·         Expérience au sein d’un cabinet juridique ou comptable (un atout);

·        Connaissance de Logiterm (un atout).

Job description:  The incumbent will be responsible for translating, from English to French, a variety of legal, financial and administrative documents.
Immediate report: This position reports to the Manager, Linguistic Services.
Qualifications:
·         Impeccable command of French and English (spoken and written);

·         Self-reliance and good priority management;

·         Strong organizational skills;

·         Team spirit;

·         Attention to detail and superior intellectual curiosity;
Education and experience requirements
·         University degree in translation;

·         Law degree, an asset

·         5 to 7 years of relevant experience as a translator;

·         Prior experience in a law or accounting firm would be an asset;

·         Knowledge of Logiterm, an asset.
